SuperWink vs. Stamp: Which Should I Use?
Both features help you connect with other members, but they work differently.
SuperWink: A great option if you’d like to express stronger interest and give the other member the opportunity to start a free Chat with you. SuperWinks are generally more affordable than Stamps, but they don’t include the RSVP Stamp Guarantee.
Stamp: Allows you to start a Chat directly with another member without waiting for them to respond to a Wink. Each Stamp opens a 30-day contact period and may qualify for a replacement under the RSVP Stamp Guarantee.

Do Unused SuperWinks Expire?
Yes. Unused SuperWinks have an expiry period depending on the bundle you purchase.
They are generally valid for 1 month or 3 months, depending on the product selected.
Any unused SuperWinks will expire once their validity period ends.
What Happens If My SuperWink Doesn’t Get a Reply?
SuperWinks don’t guarantee a response.
If you send a SuperWink to an active member and they don’t respond within 30 days, the SuperWink won’t be refunded or credited back.
However, if the recipient’s account is suspended or deleted within 30 days of sending your SuperWink, it will automatically be credited back to your account after 24 hours.
How Long Does a SuperWink Chat Last?
If the recipient responds and starts a free Chat, both members can exchange messages for 30 days through RSVP.
You won’t need to use additional Stamps to exchange messages during that contact period.
