A Stamp allows you to start a private Chat with another RSVP member. Once you’ve used a Stamp, you can exchange unlimited messages with that member for 30 days.
You only need one Stamp per member to start a conversation, and the other member can reply for free.
How Do Stamps Work?
Here’s what you need to know about using Stamps:
- 1 Stamp = 30 days of Chat with one member.
- You can exchange unlimited messages during the 30-day contact period.
- The member you contact can reply for free without using a Stamp.
- If you use a Stamp just before it expires, you’ll still receive the full 30 days of Chat.
- Unused Stamps must be used before their expiry date.
Tip: We recommend sending a free Wink first and waiting for a positive response before using a Stamp. This can help you find out whether the other member is interested before starting a conversation.
How Do I Purchase Stamps?
Stamps are available in bundles, allowing you to choose the option that suits your needs.
To purchase Stamps:
- Log in to your RSVP account.
- Go to Stamps & Subscriptions.
- Select your preferred Stamp bundle and validity period.
- Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Depending on your platform, you can pay using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or an available app store payment method.
Once your payment is approved, your Stamps will be added to your RSVP account. For credit or debit card payments, this may take up to 30 minutes.
Do Stamps Expire?
It depends on the type of Stamp you have. RSVP offers both Stamps with an expiry date and non-expiring Stamps.
Important things to remember:
- You must use your Stamps before their expiry date.
- If you have multiple Stamps, the Stamp with the nearest expiry date is used first when you start a Chat.
- If you use a Stamp before it expires, you’ll still receive the full 30-day contact period.
- We’ll send you an email reminder 4 days before your unused Stamps expire.
Tip: You can check your remaining Stamps and their expiry dates anytime through your RSVP account. We recommend reviewing your Stamp balance regularly so you can make the most of your available Stamps.
How Do I Check My Remaining Stamps?
You can view your available Stamps and their expiry dates through the RSVP website or mobile app.
On the RSVP Website or Mobile Browser
- Log in to RSVP.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Subscription and Purchase History.
- Click Remaining Stamps to view your balance and expiry dates.
On the RSVP Mobile App
- Open the RSVP app.
- Tap Me in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Select your Stamp count to view your remaining Stamps and their expiry dates.
What Happens If Someone Doesn’t Reply to My Chat?
We understand that it can be disappointing when you use a Stamp to contact someone and don’t receive a response.
RSVP offers a Stamp Guarantee in certain circumstances.
You may qualify for a replacement Stamp if:
- The other member sent you a Wink or responded positively to your Wink.
- You then used a Stamp to send them a personal message.
- Your first message remains unread when the 30-day contact period expires.
If all the conditions are met, a replacement Stamp will be issued automatically.

Are Stamps Refundable?
Stamps are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend checking the bundle size, price and expiry period before completing your purchase.
