RSVP uses a two-way matching system and behavioural data analysis to recommend potential matches based on your profile information, activity and Looking For preferences.
If you’re receiving very few or no Matches, it may be because there aren’t currently enough members who meet your preferences while you also meet theirs.
Your preferences, including age, distance, lifestyle and other criteria, all play a part in determining who appears in your daily Matches.
How Can I Get More Matches?
If you’re not seeing many Matches, here are a few things you can try:
- Broaden your age range: Consider including members slightly outside your preferred age group.
- Increase your preferred distance: Expanding your distance range may help you discover more members.
- Review your Looking For preferences: Being too specific can limit your potential Matches. Consider which preferences are essential and which you’re happy to be flexible about.
- Select Not Specified: If you don’t have a strong preference for certain criteria, leave them as Not Specified to allow more potential Matches.
- Keep your profile up to date: Add recent photos, complete your profile information and include your interests to help others get to know you.
What If I Still Don’t Have Any Matches?
If there aren’t enough members who meet your Looking For preferences, RSVP may suggest additional profiles through Discover.
Discover recommendations are based on your profile and activity, including members you’ve viewed or interacted with, and may include people outside your usual preferences.
You can also use Search to explore other members using your own search filters. Search works independently of your Looking For preferences, giving you another way to discover potential connections.
Remember, new members join RSVP regularly, so your Matches may change over time.
