How to Add or Update Your Mobile Number

Keeping your mobile number up to date helps keep your RSVP account secure and ensures you can receive important verification codes when needed.

Whether you’ve changed your number or need to add one to your account, you can manage your mobile number through your account settings.

How to Add or Update Your Mobile Number

Website (Desktop and Mobile Browser)

1. Log in to your RSVP account.
2. Select your Profile icon or Menu, then go to Settings.
3. Select My Account.
4. Find the Mobile Number field.
5. Enter your new mobile number.
6. Select Save to confirm your changes.

Mobile App (iOS and Android)

1. Open the RSVP app and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Me page in the bottom-right corner.
3. Tap the Settings gear icon.
4. Find the Mobile Number field.
5. Enter or update your mobile number.
6. Tap Save to confirm your changes.

Do I Need to Verify My Mobile Number?

RSVP uses mobile number verification to help protect accounts and maintain a safer community.

When adding or changing your mobile number, you may be asked to verify it.

If verification is required:

1. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile number by SMS.
2. Enter the code when prompted.
3. Follow the instructions to complete verification.

Make sure you enter a mobile number that you can access and receive SMS messages on.

For your security, never share your verification code with anyone.

What If I Don’t Receive My Verification Code?

If your SMS verification code hasn’t arrived:

• Check that you’ve entered the correct mobile number.
• Make sure your phone has mobile network coverage.
• Wait a few minutes for the SMS to arrive.
• Request another verification code if the option is available.

Your mobile number is kept private and isn’t displayed to other RSVP members.
