You can choose which emails you’d like to receive from RSVP by updating your notification preferences.
Whether you’d like fewer emails or want to stay informed about activity on your profile, you can manage your preferences anytime through your account settings.

- Open the RSVP app and log in to your account.
- Go to the Me page in the bottom-right corner.

- Select Notifications.
- Turn your preferred notifications on or off.

How Long Do Changes Take to Apply?
Please allow 24–48 hours for changes to your email preferences or unsubscribe requests to take effect.
You may still receive some emails during this period.
Keep in mind that important account-related or security emails may still be sent even if you’ve turned off other notifications.
Still Receiving Too Many Emails?
If you’d prefer to keep your RSVP emails separate from your personal inbox, you can:
- Create an email folder: Set up a rule or filter in your email provider to automatically organise RSVP emails.
- Use a separate email address: Consider using a dedicated email address for your RSVP account.
- Review your preferences: Make sure you’ve turned off the notification types you no longer want to receive.
If you’d like to change the email address associated with your account, see How to Update Your Email Address.
