Want to check who you’ve previously contacted on RSVP?
You can view your Contact History through your account settings or visit Chats to find members you’ve had conversations with.
How to View Your Contact History
Your Contact History is available through the RSVP website.
Desktop Website
- Log in to your RSVP account.
- Select your Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Go to Settings.
- Find Subscription & Purchase History.
- Select Contact History.
Mobile Website
- Log in to RSVP using your mobile browser.
- Tap the ☰ menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Find Subscription & Purchase History.
- Select Contact History.
Looking for Someone You’ve Previously Chatted With?
If you’re looking for a member you’ve exchanged messages with, visit the Chats page.
Your Chats show conversations you’ve had with other RSVP members, including those within an active 30-day contact period.
If a conversation has reached the end of its contact period, you may be able to find it under Expired Conversations.
Can I Recover a Deleted Conversation?
If you’ve deleted a conversation from your Chats, unfortunately, it cannot be restored.
However, if the other member sends you another message, the conversation may reappear in your Chats.
If a message or conversation is no longer available because it has been removed from RSVP, it cannot be viewed or recovered.
What’s the Difference Between Contact History and Chats?
- Contact History: Lets you review your previous contacts through your account settings.
- Chats: Lets you view conversations and messages exchanged with other RSVP members.
If you’re trying to find a particular message, we recommend checking your Chats first.
