Not Receiving Your Password Reset Email?
If you haven’t received the email, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated emails are filtered into these folders.
- Confirm your email address. Make sure you’ve entered the email address associated with your RSVP account.
- Wait a few minutes. Email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Try again. Return to the login page and request another password reset email.
If you still haven’t received the email, contact support@rsvp.com.au.
Please include:

Our Customer Support Team can investigate the issue and help you regain access to your account after completing any necessary security checks.
For your security, never share your password or password reset link with anyone.
What If My Account Is Temporarily Locked?
If you’ve entered an incorrect password five times, RSVP may temporarily lock your account as a security precaution.
You’ll see the message:
“Too many failed attempts. Please try again later.”
You can:
- Wait approximately one hour before trying again.
- Reset your password using the steps above.
If you’re still unable to access your account, there may be another restriction that requires review.
What If I See “This Account Is No Longer Active”?
If you receive this message, resetting your password may not restore access.
Your account may have been deleted, suspended or restricted for security reasons.
