When you report a member on RSVP, the report is reviewed by our Customer Support and Safety Team. We take all reports seriously and investigate them in line with our safety procedures and community guidelines.
How Reports Are Handled
Once a report is submitted, our team will review the member’s profile, account activity, messages, and any relevant information connected to the report.
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, actions may include:
- A warning being issued
- Account restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from RSVP
- Additional verification requests (such as photo or ID verification)
Some reported profiles may be temporarily hidden or suspended while investigations are ongoing.
In some situations, a suspended profile may be reinstated if the member:
- Successfully completes requested verification checks
- Passes our review process
- Receives a warning instead of stronger account action
Your Privacy and Safety
Reports are handled privately and confidentially.
The reported member will not be told who submitted the report, and your identity will never be shared with them as part of the investigation process.
For privacy and security reasons, RSVP does not provide updates or disclose the outcome of investigations involving another member’s account.
If a member you reported becomes suspended or unavailable, we strongly recommend avoiding further communication outside of RSVP if you previously exchanged personal contact details, unless their profile is later reinstated.
Always use caution when sharing personal information with other members.
Member reports play an important role in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and authentic community.
If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, stop communication immediately and report the profile to our team.
