f you’re experiencing problems with the RSVP website, such as pages not loading correctly, features not working or outdated information appearing, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help resolve the issue.
This is a simple troubleshooting step that can fix many common website problems.
What Are Cache and Cookies?
Your web browser stores certain information to help websites work more efficiently.
- Cache: Temporarily stores website files, such as images and other content, so pages can load faster.
- Cookies: Store information such as login sessions and website preferences.
Sometimes, this stored information becomes outdated or causes conflicts with newer website updates.
Clearing your cache and cookies allows your browser to load fresh information from RSVP.
Important: Clearing cookies may log you out of RSVP and other websites. Make sure you know your login details before proceeding.
