When joining RSVP, you may be asked to verify your email address to confirm that it’s valid and belongs to you.

Email verification helps protect your account, prevent unauthorised access and ensure you receive important updates about your RSVP profile.

How to Verify Your Email Address

During registration, RSVP will send a 6-digit verification code to the email address you provided.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address during sign-up.
2. Check your email inbox for a verification message from RSVP.
3. Find the 6-digit verification code in the email.
4. Return to the RSVP sign-up page.
5. Enter the code exactly as shown in the email.
6. Submit the code to complete verification.

Once the correct code is accepted, your email address will be successfully verified.

Important: Each verification code is unique to a specific request. If you’ve requested multiple codes, use the most recent one, as older codes may no longer work.

What If I Haven’t Received My Verification Code?

If your verification email hasn’t arrived, try the following:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder: Sometimes verification emails are filtered into these folders.
• Check your email address: Make sure there are no spelling mistakes or missing characters.
• Wait a few minutes: Email delivery may occasionally be delayed.
• Request a new code: If the option is available, request another verification code.
• Check your other inbox folders: If you’re using Gmail or another email provider, check folders such as Promotions or Updates.

Tip: Keep your email inbox open while completing registration so you can easily retrieve your verification code.

What If My Verification Code Isn’t Working?

If your code is rejected or you’re seeing an error:

1. Check that you’ve entered all six digits correctly.
2. Make sure you’re using the most recently requested code.
3. Avoid copying extra spaces when entering the code.
4. Request a new verification code if the previous one has expired or is no longer accepted.

If you’ve requested several codes, avoid switching between them, as this can cause confusion.
