Adding photos to your RSVP profile is a great way to introduce yourself to other members and make your profile more engaging.
You can upload up to 10 photos to your RSVP profile. Choose clear, recent photos that genuinely represent you and show a little of your personality.
All uploaded photos are reviewed to ensure they meet RSVP’s Photo Policy before appearing on your profile.
- If your photo meets the guidelines, it will be approved and displayed on your profile.
- If it requires further checks, it may be placed under manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.
- If your photo is not visible after 24 hours, it means it has been rejected.
File formats and sizes
- File format must be JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP
- Both sides of the image must be greater than 720 pixels
- Once uploaded, you'll be prompted to crop and edit the image
On Desktop (RSVP Website)
- Log in to your RSVP account.
- Click your Profile icon.
- Select Edit Photos.
- Click the + button to add a new photo.
- Choose a photo from your device.
- Crop or edit your photo and add a caption if you’d like.
- Click Submit Photo to upload it.
On Mobile Website
- Log in to your RSVP account.
- Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Select My Profile.
- Tap Edit Photos.
- Tap the + button to add a photo.
- Choose a photo from your device.
- Crop or edit your photo and add a caption if you’d like.
- Tap Submit Photo to complete the upload.
On Mobile App
- Log in to your RSVP account.
- Tap Me in the lower-right corner.
- Select Edit My Profile.
- Tap Add / Edit Photos.
- Tap the + button to add a photo.
- Choose a photo from your device.
- Crop or edit your photo and add a caption if you’d like.
- Tap Submit Photo to complete the upload.
Tips for Getting Your Photos Approved
To help your photos pass the review process:
- Upload clear, recent photos of yourself.
- Make sure your face is visible and recognisable.
- Avoid heavily filtered, blurry, or misleading images.
- Do not include inappropriate or offensive content.
- Avoid adding personal contact details or promotional information to your photos.
- Make sure your photos comply with RSVP’s Photo Policy.
Can I Upload Photos by Email?
Yes. You can also submit a photo by email. Send a jpeg (jpg) file to photo@rsvp.com.au and let us know whether it's a primary or gallery photo.
Can I Change or Remove My Photos Later?
Yes. You can manage your profile photos at any time through the Edit Photos section of your RSVP account.
From there, you can add new photos, remove existing ones, or update your profile photo selection.
