Your age and star sign are important parts of your RSVP profile. They help other members learn more about you and can influence your matching experience.
If you’ve noticed that your age or star sign is incorrect, here’s what you need to know.
Can I Change My Age on RSVP?
Your age is automatically calculated based on the date of birth you provided when creating your RSVP account.
For security and authenticity reasons, you cannot change your date of birth or age directly through your profile settings.
This helps ensure that members provide accurate information and maintain genuine profiles.
If you accidentally entered the wrong date of birth during registration, our Customer Support team can review your request.
You may be asked to complete an identity verification process to confirm your correct date of birth before any changes can be made.
Can I Change My Star Sign?
Your star sign is automatically determined by the date of birth registered on your RSVP account.
Because your star sign is linked to your date of birth, you cannot change it manually.
If your star sign is incorrect because your registered date of birth is wrong, correcting your date of birth will also update your star sign.
How Do I Request a Correction?
If your age or star sign is incorrect, you can request a review of your registered date of birth.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your RSVP username.
- Your registered email address.
- Your correct date of birth.
- A brief explanation of the error.
For security reasons, we may require identity verification before making any changes.
Why Does RSVP Restrict Changes to Age and Date of Birth?
RSVP is committed to maintaining a safe and authentic dating community.
Restricting changes to your date of birth helps:
- Maintain accurate and genuine member profiles.
- Prevent misleading or false age information.
- Protect members from potential impersonation or misuse.
- Support more reliable age-based matching and search results.
We understand that genuine mistakes can happen, and correction requests can be reviewed when necessary.
