When your RSVP Premium membership expires, your account automatically returns to a free membership, unless you’ve renewed your subscription.
Your RSVP profile, photos, Matches and existing conversations will remain available. However, you’ll lose access to Premium-only features, and any unused Stamps included with your Premium subscription will expire.
You can continue using RSVP’s free features and upgrade to Premium again whenever you’re ready.
What Happens to My Premium Benefits?
Once your Premium membership expires, the following changes will apply:
- Unlimited Winks: Your account returns to the free membership limit of 20 Winks per day through Search.
- Unlimited Favourites: You can continue using Favourites, subject to the free membership limit of five profiles.
- Viewed Me: You’ll no longer have access to the list of members who have viewed your profile.
- Premium Privacy: Restricted Privacy and Total Privacy will no longer be available. Your profile visibility will automatically return to the default RSVP Members setting.
- Profile Boost: Your profile will return to its default visibility in Matches.
- Private Photos: Your Private Photos will become inactive. You’ll need to go to My Photos and choose whether to make your previously private photos public or delete them.
- Priority Customer Support: Your account will return to standard Customer Support, where enquiries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can still browse profiles, explore Matches, send free Winks and reply to Chats as a free member.
What Happens to My Unused Stamps?
Any unused Stamps provided as part of your Premium subscription benefits are only available while your Premium membership is active.
Once your Premium subscription expires or ends, any unused subscription Stamps will also expire and can no longer be used.
Can I Get My Unused Premium Stamps Back?
If you purchase a new Premium subscription within 7 days of your previous subscription expiring, your eligible unused subscription Stamps may be reactivated.
If you subscribe again after this 7-day period, your previous unused subscription Stamps will no longer be eligible for reactivation. You’ll receive the Stamps included with your new Premium plan instead.
Please note: This applies only to Stamps provided as part of a Premium subscription. Stamps purchased separately are subject to their own validity or expiry conditions.
What Happens to My Existing Chats?
Your existing Chats won’t automatically disappear when your Premium membership expires.
If you’ve already used a Stamp to start a conversation, you can continue exchanging messages for the remainder of its 30-day contact period.
Once the contact period expires, you’ll need another Stamp to reopen the conversation.
You can also continue replying for free when another member uses a Stamp to contact you.
Will My RSVP Profile Be Deleted?
No. Your account will return to free membership. You can also purchase Stamps separately without subscribing to Premium.
