If you purchase a Premium subscription through the RSVP mobile app, your subscription is managed by the app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play), not directly through RSVP.
This means all billing, renewals, and cancellations must be handled through your app store account.
Important Information
- Subscriptions purchased via the app will automatically renew unless cancelled
- RSVP cannot cancel or modify subscriptions purchased through the app
- Any billing enquiries must be directed to your app store provider
- Cancelling stops future billing, but your subscription remains active until the end of the current period
- Refunds are subject to Apple or Google Play’s policies
- RSVP cannot process cancellations or refunds for Apple or Google Play subscriptions
