How Do I Upgrade to RSVP Premium?
Follow these steps to purchase a Premium membership:
- Log in to RSVP using the website or mobile app.
- Go to Stamps & Subscriptions.
- Browse the available Premium membership plans.
- Select the plan that best suits your preferences and budget.
- Review the subscription benefits, total price, duration and automatic renewal terms.
- Choose an available payment method and complete your purchase.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your Premium membership will be activated.
What Payment Methods Can I Use?
Available payment methods depend on where and how you purchase your subscription.
Depending on your checkout options, you may be able to pay using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.
How Do I Know If My Premium Membership Is Active?
Once your Premium membership is activated, you’ll see a crown icon beside your name, indicating that you’re a Premium member.
You can also check your Premium membership status on the Home page of the RSVP website or mobile browser, or on the Me page of the RSVP mobile app.
How to Check Your Subscription Details
If you’d like to view more information about your Premium subscription:
- Log in to your RSVP account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Subscription & Purchase History.
- Review your current subscription details.
Here, you can check your membership status and available subscription information.
Does My Premium Membership Renew Automatically?
Premium subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Before completing your purchase, review the subscription details, including the initial price, renewal price, billing frequency and cancellation terms.
You can cancel automatic renewal to prevent future subscription charges while continuing to enjoy your Premium benefits until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Can I Purchase Premium Without Buying Stamps Separately?
Yes. Premium membership plans include Stamp benefits, although the number of Stamps depends on the subscription you choose.
You can review the included Stamp allocation and other Premium features before purchasing.
If you prefer not to subscribe, you can also purchase Stamps separately to start conversations with other members.
Can I Change My Premium Plan Later?
Yes. If you’d like to switch to another Premium plan, you’ll first need to cancel the automatic renewal of your current subscription.
Once your existing subscription expires, you can purchase a different plan through Stamps & Subscriptions.
