We know it can be frustrating or worrying when you suddenly can’t access your RSVP account. There are a few reasons this might happen, and in many cases, it’s easy to get you back in.
Incorrect login details
If the email address or password you’ve entered doesn’t match your account details, you’ll see:
“Invalid login. Please check the details and try again.”
Double-check your login details and try again. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it and create a new one.
Too many failed login attempts
If you enter the wrong password 5 times, your account may be temporarily locked as a security precaution. You’ll see:
“Too many failed attempts. Please try again later.”
You can either:
- Wait approximately one hour, then try logging in again.
- Reset your password if you’d like to regain access sooner.
If you’re still unable to log in after trying these options, there may be another restriction on your account. Please contact our Support team so we can take a closer look.
I’m seeing “This account is no longer active”
If you see:
“This account is no longer active”
your account may have been deleted, terminated, locked, or suspended.
In some cases, we may temporarily restrict access while we review an account for safety or security reasons. This could be related to account activity that needs further review, inactivity, or checks to help us confirm the authenticity and security of a profile.
The safety and security of our members is important to us. From time to time, we review profiles as part of our efforts to keep RSVP a safe, genuine and trusted place to connect.
We’ll review your account and let you know what happens next.
Depending on the outcome of the review, we may need some additional information or verification from you.
