If your email address is marked as bounced, you will see an alert on your RSVP profile. This means we are unable to successfully deliver emails to your inbox.
When this happens, it is usually due to your email provider blocking, rejecting, or not recognising our messages.
If you're not receiving emails, your junk filters may be automatically sending RSVP emails to your junk box or bulk mail folder.
Why Emails Bounce
Your email may be marked as bounced if:
- You previously clicked “Unsubscribe” on an RSVP email
- Our emails were marked as spam or junk
- Your inbox is full or not accepting new messages
- Your email provider is blocking our messages
What You Need to Do
If your email is bounced, please contact support@rsvp.com.au so our team can review and reset your email status.
Once reset, you should start receiving RSVP emails again normally.
Preventing Future Issues
To avoid missing important messages, we recommend adding the following email addresses to your safe sender list or contacts:
This helps ensure our emails are recognised as safe and delivered directly to your inbox instead of spam or junk folders.
