Why log in?
You can search or browse RSVP once logged, and if you'd like to appear higher in search results, add to your favourites list, and make contact with members, you need to be logged in every time, too.
How to Log In
You can log in to RSVP using the method you selected when you signed up:
- Email address or username
- Mobile number
- Google Account
- Apple Account
Make sure you’re using the same login method linked to your account.
Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the login page.
Select “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address linked to your account. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
Locked profile
If you enter the wrong password multiple times (5X), your profile may be temporarily locked for security reasons.
- You can try logging in again after approximately one hour
- Alternatively, you can reset your password to regain access immediately
If you are still unable to access your account after this, it may be due to additional security reasons such as account review, inactivity, or other access restrictions. In these cases, please contact support@rsvp.com.au for further assistance.
Not receiving your unlock/password reset emails?
If you’re not receiving reset or unlock emails:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure your email address is correct
- Wait a few minutes and try again
If the issue continues, please contact support@rsvp.com.au for assistance.
“Keep Me Logged In” (Auto Login)
The “Keep me logged in” option allows you to stay signed in on your device without entering your login details each time.
If you would like your username and password to be remembered by your browser, so that you don’t have to type them in every time you visit RSVP, then select 'Keep Me Logged In' at login.
For this to work, you will also need to have your Cookies enabled. Read about cookies here to learn how to check this setting on your computer
Please be mindful of privacy and don't use this function if using a public computer (e.g., an internet café, a work computer that more than one person uses, a friend's computer and so on).
To set up:
- Tick the box 'Keep Me Logged In' when logging in.
To turn off:
- Click on your 'Profile icon' located on the menu bar.
- From the drop-down list, select 'Logout.'
- On the login page, make sure to uncheck the box that says "Keep me logged in" before logging in again.
Why log out?
If you’re using a public or work computer, remember to log off when you have finished on RSVP, so your RSVP life remains confidential. Simply hit 'Logout' on the top right of the screen, then select Forget me.
Note that if you have 'Keep Me Logged In' enabled and Cookies turned on, you'll automatically be logged in the next time you visit the site from the same computer. To stop this happening, Turn off the 'Keep Me Logged In' function (see above - 'To turn off')
