Hotmail Users
If you're not receiving emails, your junk filters may be automatically sending RSVP emails to your junk box or bulk mail folder.
What to do:
- Log in to your Hotmail profile.
- Click the 'Options' link (located top right-hand side).
- Click 'Mail' (left-hand side menu).
- Click the 'Junk email protection' link.
- Click 'Safe list'.
- Enter rsvp.com.au in the text field and click the 'Add' button.
Gmail Users
If you're not receiving emails, your junk filters may be automatically sending RSVP emails to your spam folder.
What to do:
- Log in to your Gmail profile.
- Click the gear icon (top right) and select 'See all settings'.
- Go to the 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab.
- Click 'Create a new filter'.
- In the 'From' field, enter @rsvp.com.au.
- Click 'Create filter' and then select 'Never send it to Spam'.
- Click 'Create filter' again to save.
Yahoo Users
If you're not receiving emails, your junk filters may be automatically sending RSVP emails to your junk box or bulk mail folder.
What to do:
- Log in to your Yahoo profile.
- Click the 'Addresses' tab (located top left-hand side of the page).
- Click 'Add contact'.
- In the Name section, add RSVP (and in the Email section, add @rsvp.com.au).
- Hit 'Save contact' and then on the next page, click 'Done'.
