At RSVP, we take member safety seriously. If you believe a member is acting suspiciously, behaving inappropriately, or violating our guidelines, we encourage you to report them.
Reporting helps us maintain a safe and respectful community for everyone.
How to Report a Member
Desktop and Mobile
- Log into your RSVP profile
- Go to the member’s profile
- Select the ⋯ (More Options) menu
- Click Report
- Select the reason for your report
- Click Submit
Your report will be sent directly to our Customer Support and Safety Team for review and investigation.
When reporting a member, you can also choose to block them at the same time.
Blocking prevents further interaction between you and that member.
What Happens After Reporting?
Once a report is submitted, our team will investigate the profile and review any relevant activity. Depending on the outcome, actions may include warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from RSVP.
For privacy and security reasons, we may not be able to provide updates about the outcome of another member’s account.
When Should You Report Someone?
You should report a member if they:
- Act suspiciously or dishonestly
- Request money or financial assistance
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Harass or threaten other members
- Pretend to be someone else
- Attempt to move conversations to unsafe platforms immediately
If you ever feel unsafe, stop communication immediately and report the profile.
