Introduction
If you believe a Stamp was used in an interaction that did not meet RSVP’s Stamp policy criteria, you can request a replacement Stamp rather than a monetary refund. RSVP Stamps are non-refundable and non-transferable. This article explains how replacement Stamp requests are reviewed and what to expect from the outcome.
When You Can Request a Replacement Stamp
You can submit a replacement Stamp request if a Stamp was used in an interaction that was unsuccessful, suspicious, or did not result in contact, subject to RSVP’s Stamp policy requirements.
To request a replacement Stamp, please provide the username or Display Name of the member you contacted, and we will review your request.
What happens during the review
We will review your case to determine whether the interaction meets our Stamp replacement policy criteria. If your request is approved, a replacement Stamp will be credited to your account.
Possible outcomes
| Outcome | Result |
|---|---|
| Policy criteria were not met | The stamp is returned or replaced |
| No violation is found | The stamp is not refunded or returned |
Additional information
If you are unsure whether your case qualifies, submit the request anyway and include as much detail as possible. This helps us review your report accurately.
