At RSVP, we understand that it can be disappointing when you use a Stamp to start a conversation and don’t receive a response. That’s why we offer the RSVP Stamp Guarantee, which provides a replacement Stamp when certain conditions are met.
With the RSVP Stamp Guarantee, you’ll automatically receive a replacement Stamp if all three conditions are met:
- Positive interest: Another member sends you a Wink or responds positively to a Wink you’ve sent.
- You start a conversation: You then use a Stamp to send that member your first personal message.
- Your message remains unread: Your first personal message remains unread after the 30-day contact period.
If all three conditions are met, a replacement Stamp will automatically be issued to your account.
Please note: The Stamp Guarantee does not apply if you choose to send a personal message after the member has responded “Not Interested” to your Wink.
Our tip: We recommend sending a free Wink and waiting for a positive response before using a Stamp. This helps you gauge the other member’s interest before starting a conversation.
If the Member You Contacted Is Suspended
If you use a Stamp to contact another member and their account is suspended within the 30-day contact period, your Stamp will be replaced 7 days after the suspension date.
If you believe your Stamp should have been replaced but hasn’t been, please let us know and provide the member’s RSVP username or Display Name so our Customer Support Team can review the contact.
Can I Get My Stamp Back Before 30 Days?
In certain circumstances, RSVP may consider returning a Stamp earlier as a courtesy after 14 days.
To be considered, the member must have sent you a Wink or responded positively to your Wink, at least 14 days must have passed since you sent your message, and you must not have received a reply.
You must also have kept the contact channel open and communicated respectfully, without sending offensive messages, personal contact details or messages criticising the member for not responding.
Courtesy Stamp returns are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. They are separate from the standard RSVP Stamp Guarantee.
If you believe you’re eligible, please let us know and provide the username or Display Name of the member you contacted.
How Long Will My Replacement Stamp Be Valid?
A replacement Stamp issued under the RSVP Stamp Guarantee will have the same validity period as your original Stamp, starting from the date the replacement is issued.
For example, if your original Stamp was valid for 7 days when purchased or granted, your replacement Stamp will also be valid for 7 days from the date it’s issued.
If you have multiple Stamps available, RSVP automatically uses the Stamp with the nearest expiry date first when you start a new conversation.
Do I Need to Request a Replacement Stamp?
No. If you meet the standard RSVP Stamp Guarantee conditions, your replacement Stamp will generally be issued automatically.
However, if you’re requesting an early courtesy return or believe an eligible replacement hasn’t been issued, please let us know so we can review your contact history.
