You can update your profile at any time to keep your information fresh and accurate.
Please note that any changes you make will go through a review process to ensure they meet our guidelines. In some cases, this may take up to 24 hours before your updates are visible to other members.
Profile Guidelines
To protect your privacy and maintain a safe community, certain content is not allowed on profiles.
Do not include:
- Personal contact details (e.g. phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or websites)
- Your surname or any sensitive personal information in your name
- Offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful language
Including this type of information may put your privacy at risk and could result in your profile being restricted or suspended.
Prohibited Content
Profiles must not contain content that:
- Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, or offensive
- Is false or misleading
- Infringes on the rights of others
- You do not have permission to share
- Contains sexually explicit content or references
- Promotes group sexual activity or extramarital encounters
- Includes restricted or hidden content (e.g. password-only pages)
- Contains viruses or harmful code
How to Update Your Profile
Desktop
- Log into your profile
- Click your Profile icon (top right corner)
- Select My Profile
- Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the section you want to update (e.g. About Me, Details, Interests, Looking For)
- Make your changes and click Save
Mobile App
- Log into your profile
- Go to the “Me” section (bottom right corner)
- Select Edit My Profile, Edit Interests, or Edit Looking For
- Make your changes and tap Save
To receive more accurate matches, all members are required to provide their suburb and postcode on their profile location.
