Be Respectful
Treat all members with kindness, honesty, and respect.
You must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others
- Use abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language
- Send unwanted sexual content or explicit messages
- Engage in aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour
- Publicly accuse or confront other members by calling them “fake,” “scammers,” or similar terms within conversations
If you suspect a member may not be genuine or may be acting suspiciously, please use the Report feature instead. Our Safety Team will review and investigate the matter privately.
Respect other members’ boundaries and decisions, including if they choose not to respond.
Keep Profiles Genuine and Authentic
Your profile should accurately represent who you are.
You must not:
- Pretend to be another person
- Use fake, misleading, or heavily edited photos
- Create duplicate or multiple accounts
- Share false or deceptive information
To help maintain authenticity and safety, RSVP may request additional verification checks. Failure to complete verification requests may result in restrictions or permanent suspension.
Appropriate Content Only
All content on RSVP — including profiles, photos, usernames, messages, and conversations — must remain appropriate and respectful.
You must not post or share content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
- Promotes violence, illegal activity, or harmful behaviour
- Includes spam, advertising, or commercial promotion
- Contains malicious links, viruses, or harmful software
- Infringes on another person’s rights or privacy
Profiles or content that breach these guidelines may be removed without notice.
Married or Relationship-Based Encounters
RSVP is designed for genuine dating and relationship connections.
You must not use RSVP to:
- Solicit group sexual activity
- Arrange encounters for extramarital affairs
- Seek contact for the purpose of cheating within a marriage, de facto relationship, or committed relationship
- Promote sexually explicit relationship arrangements that violate our guidelines
Accounts involved in these activities may be restricted or removed.
Protect Your Privacy
For your safety, do not publicly share personal contact details on your profile, including:
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Social media handles
- Websites or payment details
Always use caution when communicating with other members and before meeting someone in person.
No Scams or Fraudulent Activity
RSVP has zero tolerance for scams, impersonation, or fraudulent behaviour.
You must not:
- Request money, gifts, or financial assistance
- Attempt to obtain personal or financial information from members
- Use RSVP for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal purposes
Suspicious activity may result in immediate suspension and investigation.
If you believe a member is acting suspiciously or violating our guidelines, please report them using the Report feature.
Compliance and Enforcement
RSVP reserves the right to:
- Review profiles, messages, and activity
- Request additional verification
- Remove content or accounts that breach guidelines
- Restrict or terminate access to the platform at any time
These measures help protect the integrity, safety, and authenticity of the RSVP community.
