This additional security step helps us confirm your identity and ensure compliance with RSVP’s Terms of Use.
ID verification may be requested during sign-up, when updating your account, or if unusual account activity is detected.
Accepted Identification
To complete verification, you will be asked to provide one of the following valid government-issued photo IDs:
- Passport
- Driver’s Licence
You will also be required to complete a matching selfie check.

RSVP uses Stripe Identity, a secure third-party identity verification service, to help verify your identity safely and securely.

- Your ID is never shared with other RSVP members
- Your information is used only for verification and security purposes
- Verification is completed securely through Stripe Identity
- RSVP handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Under RSVP’s Terms of Use, we may request identification at any time to verify your identity and/or your compliance with the RSVP Terms.
Verification Links
Verification links are valid for 24 hours only from the time they are generated.
If your verification link expires before completion, please contact our Support team to request a new link.
After Verification
Once your identity has been successfully verified, your account will be reviewed and reactivated where appropriate.
If verification is not completed successfully or does not meet requirements, your account may remain restricted or suspended until the process is completed.
